Lunarscape Audio – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Lunarscape Audio ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our services, website, or engaging with our audio production studio, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access our services.

2. Services Offered

Lunarscape Audio provides professional audio services including, but not limited to:

• Audio production and engineering

• Voiceover recording

• Mixing and mastering

• Sound design

• Remote and in-studio sessions

Additional service-specific terms may apply and will be provided prior to engagement.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

• Scheduling: Sessions must be booked in advance.

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a booking.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

• No-Shows: Failure to show up without notice may result in forfeiture of deposit or future booking privileges.

4. Payment Terms

• Invoices must be paid in full upon receipt unless otherwise agreed.

• Accepted payment methods include [credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, etc.].

• Late payments may be subject to a 75% late fee.

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain full ownership of your original content.

• Lunarscape Audio retains the right to showcase select work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless expressly prohibited in writing.

• Licensing terms for music, voiceover, or sound assets created by Lunarscape Audio will be specified in the project agreement.

6. Client Responsibility

• You are responsible for the accuracy of any materials or instructions you provide.

• You warrant that any material provided to us does not infringe on third-party rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your projects and will not disclose any information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
